About Me.
Hi, I’m Savanna Jeli — a performance consultant, educator, and athlete dedicated to helping people grow into confident, resilient performers and leaders.
I hold a Master’s in Psychology and a Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology, and I’ve spent my career working with athletes, students, military leaders, and high-pressure teams, teaching them how to stay focused, communicate effectively, and perform at their best when it matters most.
I believe that performance skills should feel accessible and empowering—not overwhelming or complicated. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, leading a workshop, or designing a training program, my goal is always the same: help people understand themselves, believe in their abilities, and step into their potential with confidence.
Make it stand out.
My path into this field started long before graduate school. I was/am a competitive swimmer. I know firsthand what pressure feels like—the expectations, the setbacks, the “big moments,” and the quiet work behind the scenes. That perspective shapes everything I teach today.
Why I Do This Work
At the heart of it, I care about people feeling capable in their own lives.
Performance isn’t just about competition or job titles—it’s about how you show up for yourself every day. It’s about growth, self-awareness, and learning the skills to handle pressure with clarity and confidence.
Helping people develop those skills is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m grateful for every individual and team I get to work with.
Let’s Work Together
If you’re ready to grow, improve your performance, or support your team in a more intentional way, I’d love to connect.
You don’t have to be perfect—just willing to start.
